Thank you for shopping at Offbeat Couture. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for our return policy details.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimsuits)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance items or final sale items

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page to initiate the return process and receive an RMA#. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Once approved we will generate a free UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
    • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
  • Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • Return Shipping: Print the UPS prepaid label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • Send the Return: Mail your return to the following address provided on the UPS prepaid label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days (we recommend 7-10 business days).
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason for rejection and discuss further options.

Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

Return of Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

As stated above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at via our Contact Us page so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
